Join us this October 1-2 as we host our inaugural Data and AI Masters event. Streamed online, the conference will be a two-day deep dive into the latest innovations in machine learning, data science, and data solutions. Together with our partners – including NVIDIA, Intel, Google, Microsoft, Dell and others – we’ll deliver a series of technical workshops and presentations, all with a focus on actionable outcomes.
There are dozens, even hundreds of AI events happening this year, so why should you attend this one? The answer’s in the question. These events have become prolific because of the overwhelming hype surrounding AI.
Data and AI Masters is different. It’s about what happens when great engineers and data scientists put their minds together to deliver real-world outcomes. No speculation, no hyperbole – only real, practical insights and exciting use cases from industry leaders. Our goal is to equip attendees with useful knowledge and best practices to help drive meaningful value with data and AI at scale.
The title is no accident either. There is no AI without data, which is why we’ll be covering the entire data and AI stack, including everything from choosing your database to deploying GenAI in production.
Day 1 is fully geared towards technical attendees, featuring a schedule packed with hands-on workshops and talks from Canonical’s engineers, product managers and partners. Follow along on your own computer as we cover topics including:
On day 2, we’ll be shifting the focus to thought leadership and real world use cases. Leading players in data and AI will share their latest developments, including confidential AI, GenAI and the role of an open source software stack. The day will also feature organisations that are already putting theory into practice and achieving value from data and AI initiatives. Hear how the European Space Agency is advancing space exploration with AI, and how Rehrig Pacific Company is transforming the logistics industry.
The event will close with a discussion panel between leaders in automotive, telco and silicon, exploring the outlook of data and AI across sectors.
You may know Canonical for Ubuntu, and how we deliver a reliable, enterprise-grade operating system backed by long-term security maintenance and a predictable release cadence. What you may not know is that we offer the same benefits for the wider open source ecosystem, including data and AI. We are experts in delivering the end-to-end, open source data and AI stack, we partner with leading organisations in the industry, and we can’t wait to share our learnings with you this October.
